Anjana Taank BSc (Hons) MCOptom set up her independent practice on Mill Road in 2003. She currently works in the glaucoma clinic at Addenbrookes Hospital and recently obtained her Independent Prescribing credentials. Anjana is also PEARS qualified to provide acute primary eyecare and qualified as an optometrist in 1995.

An optician’s practice has existed at 92a Mill Road for over 100 years since Henry Flanders originally opened a combined Chemist, Dentist and Opticians at the site in 1913. Since then the practice has changed hands only three times. Today, a century later, Anjana Taank continues the longstanding tradition of offering independent, quality eyecare.
